Pump operation pressure : 1.6Mpa(suction
pressure +head≤1.6Mpa)
Pump test operation pressure: 2.4Mpa
Please note the system working pressure when placing and order. If the
working pressure exceeds 1.6mpa, casting steel may be used to produce overflow
parts and coupling parts.
Pumped fluids of SSG/SGR include clear water or liquids whose physical
and chemical properties similar to water.
Pumped fluid temperature of SSG:≤80oC
Pumped fluid temperature of SGR: 80 oC-130 oC
Pleased note the working pressure of pump system so as to choose the
suitable
Mechanical seal: if pump suction pressure + head≤1.0Mpa, use
non-balance
Mechanical seal; if pump suction pressure + head >1.0Mpa , use
balance mechanical seal.
◆ Structure
Description
SSG(F)/SGR(F) series in-line pump with y
series standard motor is the innovation model of SSG/SGR with
lengthening shaft motor. It features reliability, utilization, stable
performance and low noise.
1) Seal
system
Use quality mechanical seal with high-class abrasive parts, featuring
high temperature, high pressure, and long operation life, Balance or
non-balance mechanical seal is used to adapt to different pipe work pressure.
It is easy to replace and greatly improve operation reliability.
2)
Driving part
The shaft of standard motor is separated from the pump shaft by the
flexible coupling. It not only improves utilization of electric motor, but also
overcome the defect on the former structure that shaft thrust was totally born
by the motor. Operation life of motor is prolonged and it is convenient for
motor replacement.
3)
Cooling system
There is outer cooling unit on the bearing. When SGR is used to transfer
80 oC-130 oC
hot fluid, cooling water is drawn to cool down the
bearing for longer operation life. The cooling circulation of mechanical seal
is carried out by the self
pressure system of pump to ensure normal operation.
4)
Overflow parts
Pump casing & impeller are designed according to advanced hydraulic
model, featuring high-efficiency and energy saving. The installation foot on
the casing is convenient for installation and stable operation.
5)
Miscellaneous
Air-release valve, pressure test valve, and water valve are fixed on the
pump for easy start, operation monitor and routine maintenance.
